Your legal work is dealt with by Frank Cetrola. During busy periods and extended absences, Cetrola Legal involves its trusted locum Abe Rockawin, known to many of the firm’s commercial clients. Rosetta Cetrola is a member of the Cetrola Legal team, with more than 15 years experience in the court system.

The scale and degree of difficulty of transactions we have completed is comparable to those undertaken by full service city law firms. If we cannot provide the legal solution, we will tell you.

A sample of our larger transactions and/or clients includes:

• The sale of client engineering business for $8.2m to an ASX listed buyer;
• The sale of client financial planning business for $5.5m to an ASX listed buyer;
• Private equity capital raising of $5.0m;
• Finalising royalty agreements with an offshore IP owner for exploitation of major IP;
• Looking after the Victorian leasing arrangements for a petroleum refiner and retailer;

While we are Melbourne based, we have undertaken transactions in all Australian states, New Zealand, Europe, Japan, Canada, USA, India and South East Asia. Where on-the-ground presence is required we have trusted agents in the jurisdictions indicated in our links. We also have more informal arrangements in every Australian jurisdiction, if they are required.

While we facilitate major transactions, the bulk of our work is on-going commercial work from long standing small business and private clients, including domestic conveyancing, wills and powers of attorney.

Cetrola Legal was born in 2004 and relaunched at the start of 2009 to provide an even greater range of dedicated services to clients.

With two decades of experience, including time with one of Australia’s leading firms and as a founding director at Clarendon Lawyers, Frank aims to provide exceptional individual attention but without the high costs of city firms.

Frank is proudly Melbourne based. Unashamedly proud to be both a Melburnian and Australian, Cetrola Legal’s logo colours are those from Uluru, our nation’s spiritual heart.

Frank enjoys the support of his wife and his children in his endeavors. Both Frank and his wife are also keenly involved in their children’s school and sporting communities, with Frank coaching his daughter’s soccer team.
